What to bring / What to wear

What To Bring - Your ID - Barcode (printed or saved to your phone) (find it in your Spartan Account) - Towel, waterproof bag, & extra clothes/shoes - Sunscreen & hydration - Headlamps are recommended for later start times - We recommend wearing performance gear (compression bottoms and breathable tops) - Comfortable shoes that you’ve trained in, but are OK to get dirty. Get an OCR-tested shoe and gear up for race day in the Spartan Shop What Not To Bring - Outside food and drink (fuel for the race is OK) Please Note: Dogs are welcome at this Event! Please note that only registered service animals (per ADA guidelines) are permitted to race with you and/or enter the racecourse. If you attend the Event with a dog, you agree to abide by the following rules: - Only bring dogs that are well-behaved around other dogs and people. - Dogs must remain with their owners at all times when onsite. - Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when onsite (no longer than 6 feet in length). - Dogs must be up to date on vaccinations. - You must clean up after your dog. Please bring their own dog waste bags. - You assume full responsibility for your dog. Spartan and the Event venue will not be held liable for any incidents or injury. By attending the Event with your dog, you accept full responsibility for any risks to you and your dog.
